This Data Deletion Policy explains how One Manager CRM ("we", "us", or "our") handles the deletion of your personal data when you request its removal or when it's no longer needed for the purposes it was collected.
1. Your Right to Data Deletion
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data that we have collected, subject to certain exceptions. This is also known as the "right to be forgotten".

2. What Happens When You Request Data Deletion
When we receive your data deletion request:
- We will verify your identity to ensure the request is legitimate
- We will process your request within 30 days (may be extended in certain circumstances)
- We will delete your personal data from our active systems
- We will inform any third parties with whom we've shared your data about your deletion request
- We will retain a record of your deletion request for compliance purposes
3. WhatsApp Data Deletion
For data collected through our WhatsApp integration:
- Message content stored in our systems will be deleted upon request
- Metadata related to WhatsApp messages may be retained for compliance purposes as required by WhatsApp's policies
- To delete WhatsApp message history from your device, you must use WhatsApp's deletion features
- We cannot delete data that has been shared with or stored by WhatsApp/Meta directly
4. Exceptions to Data Deletion
We may not be able to fulfill your deletion request in certain circumstances, including when:
- The data is needed to complete a transaction or provide a service you have requested
- The data is required for security, fraud prevention, or to debug products
- The data is necessary for legal compliance or to exercise legal rights
- The data is used solely for internal purposes that are compatible with the context in which you provided it
- The data is anonymized and cannot be associated back to you
5. Automatic Data Deletion
We automatically delete or anonymize personal data when:
- It's no longer necessary for the purposes it was collected
- Your account has been inactive for 24 months
- Required by applicable data retention laws
6. Data Backup Retention
Deleted data may persist in backup systems for a limited period (typically up to 90 days) as part of our disaster recovery procedures. These backups are not used for active processing and are eventually overwritten.
